By accessing or using Arkena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this platform.

3. NFT Transactions

All NFT minting and trading transactions are executed on the Canton Network. Transactions are final once confirmed on the ledger. Canton Coin (CC) is used as the payment currency for all transactions.

4. Wallet Connection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to manipulate markets, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or its users.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, NFTs, or data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
